I'm changing out computer cases and motherboard/CPU and I was just wondering if there is any problems changing over my RAID 0 drives to my new setup. I'm not exactly sure if I need to rebuild the array or if it will auto detect it and run as is.

As long as the controllers are exactly the same Brand/Model RAID controller, the transfer should be fine. On first boot you may (actually should) get a warning from the RAID controller stating there is a 'configuration mismatch'.

At this step, it should ask whether you want it to:
a.) load the configuration information from the disk array
- or-
b.) overwrite the configuration information on the array with the information from the controller.

You want to use the config from the array. If you overwrite with the info from the controller, you'll lose your data on the array.
