tracking fleet+VoIP

hello, you can help me with some advice, you should do at least on paper until further notice a layout for a server room monitoring fleet.
The requirements are like this

- MySQL Server + DB Backup
- Server Apache + PHP Client Access
- Server access stations traking
- Server / 2 aggregation switches connection from 2 ISP
- GSM Gateway
- VoIP phones

What equipment I can recommend for this?
Between preservation of DB-apache-access stations you want to link with FO.
GSM gateway problem is because I have not found anything cheaper and better. We looked but found nothing SH something, I would be interested to start something for 4SIM sites
 
There seems to be a lot of homework questions in the forum lately.

I was going to say something, but decided not to. But since you brought it up, you'd think if they were in the class paying attention they'd know what they needed to do.
