I'm an administrator at a forum who has to deal with some malicious users who like to use proxies and new accounts often to attempt to get around me. I'm just wondering if there's any free software to enter their proxy IP and find their real IP as confirmation as to whether or not that person is a repeated malicious user.

I understand some IP lookup sites can find both your proxy and real IP - so is it possible that there's software out there that will unmask these pains in the asses?
 
Unless you have access to the proxy(doubtful) or the proxy is configured pretty shittily so as to pass on information from the client(possible) then there isn't anything you can do to determine the original IP address. Any decently configured proxy server won't pass on information about the client.
