I currently have a TP-Link Archer BE900. I want to connect my Archer BE3600 to use as an WiFi Extender + Switch. Do I connect my BE900 into the BE3600 WAN or LAN1?

That's your wan IP. Your be900 needs it's own IP assigned on your network. Say 192.168.0.2. you should remove that number from your be3600 DHCP server pool to prevent conflicts. Thanks! I'll give it a go tomorrow.
1. Disable DHCP

2. How do I set-up static IP? My ISP already assigned me a static IP because of Plex.
802.11R is fast roaming, it's what makes the "mesh" work.3.What's 802.11R?
