Hi guys, i am using a toughpower 650 PSU and recently installed a new GTX280 and new memory. I had a issue where while playing a game at a certain moment my computer would restart. I originally checked for heat but seems my new video card get to about 75-80C during games so and I checked my cpu with prime95 and everything passed. I also ran memtest 86 and it passed so to get to the point I started wondering if my PSU was faulty so started to use different monitoring software and while playing a game i got an alarm indicating my Vcore dropped low to around 1.13V and another time my DDR2 Termination when from 0.96V to 0.43V.
I don't know much about the voltages at all so I wanted to see what some people think who might have some experience with this sort of thing.

Thanks a lot guys this thing is driving me crazy so any help is appreciated because i don't have the extra money to waste on a PSU unless for sure it's the problem.
