i need some of your thoughts on this product! list if you have a 32 or 16, and just post opinions. also state/compare whether you have the original OS or android ported.

thanks!

original os - 32gb version

i use it for when i got out of town but i got it mainly to be a portable media player which does the job very well. The battery life is amazing. It lasted about 8 hours of video playback (was expecting about 4 or 5). The one thing that sucks though is that h264 encodes are not hardware accelerated (at least not yet) so the mega hi def files won't run well.

I have a 16GB with webOS and CM7 on it. I was a big fan of webOS until the Android port came over. Now I don't even bother using webOS unless I want to use Splashtop (Splashtop in Android does not play video files smoothly for me - seems to keep losing connection). Even though the port is currently an alpha, it has been working amazingly well for me with the SoD fix.

webOS has two glaring problems with it (IMO):
1. Slow compared to Android - especially with web browsing.
2. Apps. There aren't that many great apps and some that are good are more money than on Android.

As for usage:
I use it to browse the web, play games, watch videos, and study. Basically the same stuff I use my desktop PC for.

32 GB, using WebOS, no reason to change yet, waiting on an ICS port at the least....and even then for what I do WebOS is probably best (Video, Email, web browsing)
