Touch Mouse in Vista?

Can you use the Microsoft Touch Mouse fully in Vista?
My initial guess is that it would work perfectly as a mouse but... Can you use the gestures on it? Has anyone tried it?
Microsoft's touch mouse SDK installed fine, as did the latest version of intellipoint.
I've tried doing a bit of research, but I can't find any answers to my question - not even the Vista Compatibility Center lists it.

PS: There are a few gestures on the mouse which are meant to be specialized aero snap gestures, but I've downloaded a program that uses the same keyboard shortcuts as the real thing, so if the mouse runs some sort of macro to snap things, then it should work.

Can you guys help me? Many thanks
