total system temps?

I got a fan controler and i have everything hooked up and i turned all the fans down by alot cause i got 3 120mm, 3 80mm, and one exhaust blower. im just wondering if my system temps are all right, both hard drives are at 32 C, cpu is at 40 C, and NB is at 34 C, and i dont think my saphirre x800xl has temprature sensors as any tool i use to get the temps levels the area blank. Just wondering if these temps are all right?

are these load temps or idle

also what are your system specs.? (proc, mobo, etc.)

they all seem within limits imo

i got an 3700 SD, with an xp90, 1gig ram, x800xl, asus a8n-e, 80gb sata hdd, 160gb ide hdd. it is load no sure how heavy of a load though, i was defragmenting my hard drives at the time and im folding too so my cpu usage is a constant 100%, listening to music and browsing the web at the same time that the temps were taken.

then i would say those temps are very good, with the hdd doing a lot of work and cpu working at 100% i would be happy with those temps, the ambient temp in my room is a bit high and my load temp for cpu is 50C with an XP-90
