Torrent - External Drive Recommendations?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good external drive (or enclosure) that I can use as a torrent server? I've seen some before, but I've never really been interested in it till now.
I'm looking for something that can run without having the computer on (obviously being external), and something where I can remotely control it via web.

Nothing fancy, just something that I can use so I don't have to have my computer running constantly during the night or while I'm at work.

i guess i don't know how torrents work.. don't you have to have the torrent program running to "host" the files? or can you somehow just point the "tracker" to your ip address (scary thought)

For some reason, I thought there would be more products available.
I think dobro (or something like that) sells something but it's quite expensive.
