i'm thinking on buying a topower p5 psu....
there is no information on em anywhere but thier offical site...
i know topower makes good psu's cuz thier p6 series is ocz ps...
since im a low budget i can get the p5 450W version for a good price.
so are the p5 psu's any good?
and will the 450W version will hold my rig?
btw it will hold this rig:
a64 3500(newcastle)@2700mhz+sonic towerX3(stock voltage)
ga k8nf-9
pov 7800GT
kingston value cl2.5@2.0 1T (512X2)
raidmax x1 (X3 fans 1 cathode)

Same units as the OCZ Modstreams. They're decent, but nowhere near the performers the P6/Powerstreams are.

Agreed.

Good power supplies, but they tend to be more expensive than better power supplies within the same price range.

I'd certainly use one if someone gave one to me. :D

well the modstream (450W) here cost 250 n.i.s (4.5 nis=1$) more then the topower 450W.
and p6 arent even for sale here :/ so ill stick to the p5...
btw,will it hold my system?
edit: the topower here cost like the fsp 350W thn,im pretty sure it aint better then the topower 450W...

Define: "Here"

Modstreams are going to cost more than a straight up Topower P5 because their modular and OCZ has to make their cut.

Depends how you define better - I'll take a FSP design over an equivalent Topower design any day of the week, but the 350W THN may not easily handle the video card you have in mind. The Topower should though - you'll be fine with it methinks.

here=israel
the 350W thn cant handle my system, that i know for sure.(it was my first pick...after checking it, it failed when the cpu and the graphic card were at 100%)
