I am waiting for my Earthwatts 650 to come in and I am thinking of mounting it upsidedown and cutting a hole/vent in the top of the case so the ps can get fresh air. I have an old Antec sx1030. I'm sure others have done this before and have some pics to share.
 
The 4 screw holes will not line up.The exhaust holes will not line up.

Are you talking about the exhaust out the back of the ps? Actually, the power supply screws into an "adapter plate" and that screws into the back of the the case. The adapter plate screws are symmetrical left to right so it does not matter if the plate is upside down.
