Top mounted rheobus: suggestions?

I'm looking to pick up a rheobus to control four Evercool 120mm fans w/LEDs.
I will be top-mounting it on my Shark case so I'm wondering: which make/model would make this task easy and especially, as thin as possible?

I've read some bad reviews about a few models that have caught on fire and am wondering what you guys would suggest. I don't think it matters wether it's 5.25" or 3.5" but I'm guessing the 5.25 models would be thinner.

[EDIT] From what I have found, the Vantec Nexus series seems pretty good and has the most convenient installation. I'll call my local store and see if they have any in stock.
