We love all folders, especially those folders-down-under who've given us such a challenge.

But, I'm gonna take a minute to congratulate the [H] folders for their 1000th active f@h participant and their 100,000 PPW production advantage over our nearest rival, OCAU.


I'm damn proud of ya, folks....well done.

I'm just glad it was posted on the front page a while back, or else I would still just be wasting idling pc's that I leave on 24/7. I didn't know about folding, until that post.

Kyle's support is often overlooked, but as you noted, his efforts make a big difference.

I'm still thinking about getting the Hospital to help fold. We're talking Xeon servers, and round abouts 2,000 workstations here. Not sure though, I'll have to ask the director of that department. :) It would be nuts though, if they joined us. ;)
 
Well seems like this last day OCAU outproduced us, so our work isn't finished.

My buddie is working on adding 400/450 Amd xp2000 boxes for the [H]orde so if we can both get that going for [H] i think we will be moving in the right direction
 
ok well, i figured out one of the reasons why my production went to hell... like every one of my servers the folding@home client hung becuase when i switched over to my new dsl provider i forgot to change the DNS settings... so they couldent call out...

turns out the ecafe i borged is turning off their machines @ night to save money... and kill my production :(

but there is hope!!! in a few months im helping install 1000+ brand spanking new P4 Dell Workstations and each one is going to have F@H :D:D:D

im going to have to get a second job just to D more :(
 
well if you get 1000 and the other guy get's 2000 and i get 400 + that is 3400 new boxes folding for the [H]orde :)

1000 P4 @ 2.4Ghz = 72,000 PPD or 500K PPW = raising the bar for becoming #1 F@H producer

/me must get back to work as I do plan on taking that title

Hmmm... I must be an anomoly. :p Pleanty enthusiastic, very depressed. :rolleyes:

Going to get up early tomorrow, maybe stop off on the way up to the skiing trip. I guess this means, you guys won't know until Monday. :p
