Ok, im getting tired of never having the right tools to do a job, creat stuff, mod, repair and so worth, i need some advice on what tools to buy.

I would like you all to recomend stuff that i sould get, every thing from a soldering iron, to drills, to screw drivers, amp meters and so forth,

take a look at those pc repair kits they have at stores like future shop. They have almost everything you'd probably want. It's all the basic tools.
The main tools I have always used are: flat head screwdriver, philips screwdriver, electrical tape, tie wraps (zip ties), occasional sodering iron (for mods). I haven't done that much moding so I can't help you that much with that.

A dremel thingy apparently comes in handy. I've never used one myself on my comp, but there's a lot of things I've thought about doing with one. So that should give you some flexibility.
 
Here's my list:

  • assorted screwdrivers and wrenches
  • A soldering iron
  • 3" holesaw and a 4" holesaw[for 80mm and 120mm fans, respectively] with arbors!
  • an 18-20v drill to power the holesaws through metal
  • oil/lube for cutting said fanholes
  • electrical tape
  • zip ties
  • dremel + cutting discs
  • pliars [needlenose can come in handy as they can also be used to cut wires]
  • Alternatively, you can get a wire stripping tool. Not sure where to get them as the one I have came in an automotive toolkit that my brother bought for me
  • A set of hex keys/allen wrenches may also come in handy

That's all I can think of offhand. When you get into specific mods, you'll need specific tools, such as an RJ45 crimper for making ethernet cables. You'd also need a good, fairly big workspace[larger than you think you'd need], and something to keep all this stuff in.
 
What you need really depends on what it is you intend to repair or build. Your question isn't specific, so in turn I will give a very generic answer.

I use a CEK-2 from Contact East. I had them put it into a custom metal case. The Xcellite tools in this kit are just awesome.

Despite being so large, the kit is missing a few things. And the current offering is a little different than when I bought it about five years ago. I've added T4 thru T10 Torx drivers, a couple of specialty pliers, and some excellent tweezers. I bought some long-shaft phillips screw drivers to get to rececessed screws in cases.

I've also got a Tektronix digital oscilloscope and a Fluke 87 Series IV multimeter.

On eBay, I found a nice HP/Aligent counter. I'd like to get a singal generator, but I haven't found one at a decent price yet.

I've got a Dremel in one of the kits they sell, and I've bought lots of cutoff wheels. I use a DeWalt 18v rechargeable drill, and I buy hole saws as I need them from MSC Direct. The 18v DeWalt stuff works great; I've also got the reciprocating saw and the variable-speed impact wrench. I bought a corded circular saw becuse one of my friends said the 18v circular didn't offer enough power.

Lately, I've been buying different connector crimpers plus appropriate insertion and extraction tools from DigiKey.

All this is on top of my Craftsman rollaway. I've bought and sold stuff from the 1200-something piece kit I oroginally purchased; I didn't have any need for 3/4 inch drive tools so I ditched those on eBay. A few BMW- and Porsche-specific specialty tools, and I'm really set.

Maybe, if you can tell us what kind of work you'd like to do specifically, we can give specific recommenations on tools and brands.
