Tool For Cutting a Template?

Jigsaw with a fine toothed blade for 70% of the cutting, what digital_exhaust said for around the corners.
 
I have a nice corded Dremel so does anyone know what the recommended bit # is? There are so many damn different ones. I want to be sure I pick up the right cut off wheel.

Just go to HomeDepot or Lowes and look in the tool section... I don't know the part number, but just find the reinforced cutoff wheels.. there are usually 5 or 6 in a package...
 
JIGSAW is SOooooo much better.

Trust me. I've done many rad installs. Dremels take about 45 minutes or so... a jigsaw will do it in about 10 minutes.

Just drill a hole big enough for the blade to fit in, at each corner... and you don't need a dremel for anything.
 
I don't mind the time. I don't want to spend an additional $150 on a jig saw tool if I have a perfectly working dremel.
