I have run as ssd about 4-5 times
is it alright if I run it once more without damaging the samsung 830 256gb
 
Yes, you won't damage the drive for a long time. I've ran my current agility 3 for six months straight and it's still showing 100% life. In that six months I've ran AS SSD numerous times.
