Too much bass from ventrilo

Hey guys, I've been having issues with 1 person in ventrilo (no more) and getting too much bass feedback from him, and I've tried just about everything that I can think of. I've played with his personal volume settings, turned off bass boost, turned down my subwoofer, turn down overall sound, turned down the inbound from ventrilo. Nothing seems to be working

Is there anything I haven't tried? My computer downstairs gets no feedback from the same person according to my brother.
