Too much air flow ? Fan question

I have a large Antec case (server tower) and I want to replace my stock cheap antec fans with Panaflos. This is my setup - 1 in the front for intake (80mm clip) 1 for hard dirve (80mm clip) 1 in the side and 2 in the rear (80mm clips)
Should I run heavy in the front and side and a little less in the rear ?
Fans stats:
24cfm @ 21db
32.1 @ 28db
39.6 @ 32db
Also how loud will the high output fans be @ 32db ?

Am also going to run a 92mm on top of a Themalright XP-90 heatsink
How high on cfm is necessary there ?

there's no such thing as too much air flow... just adequate air flow

i have a 92mm 110CFM above my XP-90
