put together my C2D E6300, ASUS P5B-E motherboard using stock heatsink. I'm using arctic silver 5. Stock speeds asus probe is showing it idling at 48-49 degrees. At 2.27ghz it idles around 57 degrees....Are these temps normal? i'm used to my amd being in the 30's.

Now I thought I remember reading that the stock cooler was actually half decent. Seeing these numbers has me not believing that. Maybe I should go with a different cooler if these numbers are on the high side...

At stock speeds i was getting around 40-42 idle with my e6300 with the stock fan
