I hate starting off days like today. WTF is wrong with this picture?

Shipping Information says it is coming to Manchester, NH -- good, that's where I live. However, tracking says it is on vehicle for delivery in New York City. arrgh!

Called UPS but they are useless, have to wait til it is delivered for them to tell me anything. meh.

oh that stinks... gl getting that sorted...

The mob required boxen bits and had their friends divert your package.

Funny thing is, I have two packages on the way from NewEgg and both have the same tracking info.. very odd.

So.............

What's in the box? :)

UPS does suck. I just wish more businesses were able to offer a Fedex Ground option, even if that means paying just a little more.

Don't worry.

I've seen the same thing, but everything worked out okay for me.... and on time.

lulz, it was never really out for delivery.. just a bad scan. It is now at a local UPS facility only an hour from here.

Chelmsford, MA, United States 03/08/2011 6:49 P.M. Departure Scan
New York, NY, United States 03/08/2011 4:57 A.M. Out For Delivery

A 22 pound package could be as many as 48 opteron 6180 chips.

Anyone else ever driven 45+ minutes to get a package from a UPS facility because they just couldn't wait another day? :p

I was willing to, but UPS wouldn't let me pick it up as it was not ready for delivery. So the package was destined to sit in the facility all weekend, and be delivered monday afternoon.

Too bad I was DEPLOYING MONDAY MORNING..... F you UPS.

Yes! 12 years ago I drove about an hour to an airport in another town to pick up hardware. I think it was a sweet 17 inch CRT monitor or something as I remember the box being almost to big to fit in the back of my Sentra. It was on a Friday.

Yeh, I've done the pick up..... a few times

I have also stalked a UPS truck that was going to deliver to my office on Sat and I wasn't working.

LOL! I have to know. How long/far did you stalk?

I stopped by a FedEx truck in my neighborhood once on my way to work to get my package "early". At first, the driver was defensive like I was going to rob him or something, but was cool after I told him what I was doing and why.

UPS just arrived. New farm thread coming soon. :p
