To remove IHS or not

For past 3 intel cpu I removed the ihs everytime I just got a 3.2C 30 capper in today. I am thinking to remove it again! ITs a pain and I have never ran a cpu with the IHS. SHould I remove it since thats my pattern or should I slap it in a OC like mad!
