Just starting in on the OC thing, parting out a new pc and I was going to go with a 2.13ghz duo core and get a nice watercooled case, but then I was thinking I could skip the water cooling and go with a quad core with the money I would save.

Am I just being dumb or would that be better getting a air cooled quad over a water cooled OC duo?

I think the 83000 members here will unanimously agree...

Whatever you get, OC it. :D

A quad core on a Tuniq Tower will OC to around 3ghz ;)

Course, that depends what you do with your CPU... A dual core at 3.6-3.8 might be more useful if you game or do any non-threaded application work.
