750 bucks Shipped and waiting at fedX for me..I can refuse it and get my money back from Dell or attempt to resell it (friends dad will pay 800 for it) ..and the lady said shes sending a coupon for 2 free gigs of ram, we will see.. I also made them put the video card in with dvi and s-video..

Eventually I would be raiding this system.

Primary use is going to be torrential downloading/upload with 30mb/s line. I will be downloading 8 gig MKV files to encode them to mp4. Also I like to play with my hard ware, ie over clocking, doing benches and such and so on

Do I keep it, or sell/return it and build my own?

If I build my own I want yo go P35 and Quad..with 2-4 gigs from crucial

Your not going to be doing any overclocking on that machine... but, if you have a buyer that is willing to pay $50 over what you paid for it, and you might find a coupon for 2 free sticks o' ram.... why would you refuse it?

Sounds like you just made $50 while getting 2g's of free memory to me.
