At last i have found my TNT16 and have decided to perform a physical benchmark. The benchmark consistes of fire, gunpowder, cars, and golf. Knowing this test is far to good for any of the newer motherboards this seems like my only choice ( to see how sturdy the TNT 16 really is ). The test pushes four differnt physical features of the TNT.
Here is what this demon looks like
Test # 1. How much weight can this card handle? I got the car and lined it up with the wheel of her trailblazer.
the card was hardly damaged and the only thing that was broken was the heat sync which fell off.
Conclusion 9/10 for staying intact with a 2500 pound vehicle.
Test #2. How much gun powder can this card take? I started off by completly covering the video card with 100+ Black cats.
Then i got my lighter and let the powder blow. Sorry i could not get a pic of it blowing since i had to run off with about a one second timer and then wait for the camera delay two seconds and then take a pic. That was one of the loudest things i have ever heard. Here is the aftermath.
This card is tough. Not even a notable piece missing after all the chaos.
Conclusion 10/10 not even a match for the gun powder
Test #3. How much fire can a card take before it starts melting? After getting pissed off at the black cats not doing anything i decided to try a few differnt styles of catching it on fire. The first one was to put the card on the grill.
No luck.. Then i tryed to wrap it in tissues and light them on fire.
Conclusion 9/10 The fires did a little but nothing serious the card stood strong through the heat.
Test #4. Ok im pissed me and my friends decide to do it the old fasion way and beat the living chips out of it with hard blunt instruments.
The card begged for mercy but we showed none until he died and even after that we played golf with it.
Then reconstructed it.
Conclusion 1/10 Did'nt even stand a chance with clubs.
Overall 6/10 TNT 16's are a great solution if you are looking to highley indestructable card. Man over machine once again.
Any other suggestions are compliments ( critizim ) are greatly encougaged. Other help by "Aleem Sattar ( xyphoid ) and Jeff Chen ( not hard forum member ) Thank You
