TiVo owners will soon be able to order pay-per-view movies and television shows from Amazon’s download service directly from their TV, without the need for a computer.

TiVo upgraded the "Amazon Unbox on TiVo" service to allow customers with high-speed Internet connections to select one of about 10,000 movies, shows or other video, using the TiVo remote control. The programs, priced on average at about $4 for a movie rental and about $2 for a television show

Bleh, I got a video once from Amazon, just to see what the quality was like.. The least they could do is have 720p, instead the show, which originally aired letterboxed and in HD, was turned into pan and scan 480i. If that's the kind of quality they are going to have, it will most definitely suck.

This is basically worthless. While the PC download quality for UnBox is decent, all of the TiVo-formatted downloads are letterboxed @ 4:3, making them VERY ugly when zoomed to fit a 16:9 screen.

I'm not buying anything for my S3 until they start providing widescreen downloads for 480p or better. Also, movie downloads had better have 5.1 audio tracks because @ $4/each they're making my Netflix subscription is looking a whole lot better.
