I am looking for a little help on working with acrylic. I am working on my first acrylic case and while I had a fabricator make the case he did not have the time to build some customs boxes I wanted to house some circuit boards. So I am taking it upon myself to do that. I have the sheet I will be using which is 1/8". I figured I would try and do a 45 degree cut to all pieces to a have some nice edges on the boxes. Unfortunatly all I have to work with is a ban saw or radial arm. I know I will have to go and get a straight fine tooth blade for which ever saw I use. What are some adhesives you all recommend? How how you get the edges to look clear again? I have heard of folks running the edge past a flame to turn it clear again but havent been able to find any info on that. Another other tips and am I in for a hard time?

Hey man I got some contact details for a guy who can maybe make you some stuff, if you like PM me.
