I just updated my BIOS on my ASUS M4A78T-E and it completely changed the timings section. I don't understand how to input desired numbers. All the options are 1x 1.5x 2x etc.. how do i put them in?

Also, I have the G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR3 1600 modules. Does anyone have these? If so what seem to be the best timings? Previously before the BIOS update I had them set to 2T 7-8-7-24 under the 1600 setting. Is it better to put it to 1300 and bring down the timings even lower - if so what numbers do you think I should use?

Finally, what is the best program to test timings stability that I can run from the desktop?

Thanks and sorry for the loaded questions :S
