I have some timeshare weeks that I will not be using this year, so I figured I would post them for sale in case somebody wants to take a nice vacation to Mexico this year. When you can go is based on Availability, but you can NOT go Christmas to New Years with this deal.
Occidental Allegro
For sale is one week in a Large Two bedroom Suite with a GUARANTEED Ocean View. This room will come with either 2 queens and a king, or 4 queens. Varies on location. Sleeps between 6 and 8 people total, depending on location. These hotels are very nice and very family friendly. With this timeshare you have to make the trip all inclusive, where you get all the food and drinks (alcoholic included) for a flat daily rate. The all inclusive rate can range anywhere from $35 a day per person up to $200+ a day per person depending on what hotel you decide to travel too. Really, this is a great deal for anybody seeing as they constantly have food out and the bars are open all day long, which are stocked rather nicely.
This company has resorts in Mexico, Aruba, Spain, Costa Rica, and The Dominican Republic. Personally I have been to the CanCun Mexico, Nuevo Vallarta Mexico, Cozumel Mexico, Iberia Costa Rica, and Punta Cana Dominican Republic Resorts. They are all incredible resorts, would definitely recommend to anybody.

This would be a great deal for a group of friends looking to get away for a week! Price for the week, NOT including the all inclusive fee, is $800
Playa Grande Resort - Cabo, Mexico
For sale is one week in a 1 bedroom suite with Kitchenette at the Playa Grande Resort in Cabo, Mexico. Sleeps up to 4 people (has a pull out couch) and is a very nice room. This resort has a Members Only which you can get a room in but you MUST ask to get a room there, and it has to be available of course. This Members Only area has it's own 2 private infinity pools, private bar, and hot tub. It is also secluded from the regular hotel. This week is NOT all inclusive, so you might want to hit up the local Wal-Mart or Costco (10-15 minute car ride) to get your liquor and food.

This hotel would be great if you and a few friends want to get away and have some fun. There are tons of great bars and restaurants located within 10 minutes of walking distance, including Cabo Wabo and El Squid Roe. There is also a very large shopping center located within the 10 minute walking distance. Price for the week is $600
