Time to upgrade. Which one? Help!

Current set up:
Q6600 running at 3Ghz
6 GB DDR 2 ram (2x1Gb and 2x2Gb)
9800 GT 512MB

I can barely run the Witcher 2 with this set up. Have to keep it to the min settings.

What would be the best choice $/power for my set up? (Canada)
- gtx650ti - $160
- r7 260x - $160
- hd7850 - $160
- r9 270 - $200

Help much appreciated!

I would definitely get the 7850 and OC that sucker. Your CPU is getting pretty old, but still capable for less CPU intensive games.

270 has more shaders than the 7850, I'd go with that over any of the other options.

270 has 1280 stream processors/80 texture units vs. the 1024/64 of the 7850, plus it comes with much better memory. It's actually a pretty decent card, more of a 7870 replacement than anything, only problem is that it's limited by its power inputs in terms of OC. It won't get as high as a 270x most of the time.

I would say if you were buying used, get a 7850 (~95-110) as it performs well for its price. Dont buy a new 7850 for 160 though. If you don't mind spending 200 for a r9 270 i would go for that as i am not familiar with Canadian pricing.
