I just installed a clean vista 64 os on my asus mn2 32 sli delux with a four core cpu.

I was running Seti, I am not interested in folding. Can a kind soul pls link me the directions and let me know what easy to follow and simple steps I can take to join the [H] team?
 
A stock 8800GTX is good for around 5500ppd. Definately set up the GPU client for some nice points.



 
I see 32 bit vista installers, but not 64... yet I see 64 bit linux versions...

The GPU version says it backs off with full screen DX rendoring. Does it also detect Open GL? My recolection is city of heroes is open GL and I run WOW in open GL mode.

Is it relativlely east to tun on and off? EG, I get home from work turn it off, I am goign to bed turn it on?
 
The GPU client can work on 32 or 64 bits without problems. The current client use CUDA to do the computation, not DirectX. You may be refering to the old GPU1 client.

As for turning it on or off, it's dead easy (either use the pause option or quit the client then restart it when you are done).
