Time for me to buy a PSU for my system. It's in my sig, and I plan on sqeezing the last ounce of overclocking out of it. Possible upgrades that the PSU needs to be capable of are: new vid card, dual core, 2GB RAM, more hard drives. I would like to get a socket M2 ready PSU also, but I'm not sure if that will be possible before '06. I will NOT be going SLI. Looking at:
OCZ Powerstream 520
Seasonic S-12 500
Antec NeoHE 500 (Assuming that the problems have been worked out. Not sure that they have)

If you can find something else good, I'd like to hear about it. Price isn't really a concern until $150+.

Powerstreams are nice. Got one powering a W/C pressie with three 10k scsi drives, pump, 6 fans, x800 xt, 2Gb Ballistix and it's rails are solid. Absolutely worth the money!

Wow, sounds like it won't have any problems cranking out power. Is it ready to power the next generation of socket M2 mother boards and whatnot?

Prolly. It has a 24 pin connector and pci-e connector. Also sata connectors. Dont know much about socket M2 tho.

Hmmm. Not sure if I want this or the new Silverstone. I might have to wait for reports on it to come in...
