time stamps change for threads

Hey Mods,

Question, when I look at my thread the time stamps change.

So example 1:

Not Logged in: Time stamp says 12:00 AM

Logged in: Time stamp says 1:00AM (not my local time btw)

Also I cant bump my thread although 6 hours have passed.
