I currently have a Norco RPC-4224 populated with 24 - 2TB Drives for my storage needs and been fighting keeping it running due to incompatabilites between the motherboard and HBA cards. I would love to get this thing running better so I'm looking at getting a new MB for the system. I have 3 IBM M1015 raid cards that I want to use but need a MB that will work with all 3 of them. I'm currently using a desktop board with a Highpoint 24-port sata card. would love to get a Supermicro board but not sure which would be the best. I will be running WHS 2011 on the system.

Any recomendations?

Not sure if its the best, but my experience been great with SUPERMICRO MBD-X9SCM-F-O LGA 1155 Intel C204 Micro ATX Intel Xeon E3 Server Motherboard, but im runing 2x intel sasuc8i.

The SUPERMICRO X9SCM-F offers 2x (x8) PCI-E 2.0, 2x (x4) PCI-E 2.0 expansion slots

Just a wanring, i had issues flashing the my sasuc8i on the Supermicro, flash them on another mobo, and been perfect since.
 
Flashing HBA's on X9SCM works fine if you flash from the EFI shell instead of DOS. LSI has a flash utility specific to it.
