time for a new PSU

I would suggest the Enermax Liberty 500w instead of that as its imo a better PSU. Only thing is that its not blue

Blue, 500+w, $80-120.

Not too much selection. If you could settle with silver or black-chrome with a blue fan, the ocz powerstream seems to suit you well.

Having used Hiper in the past and they have wobbly rails and imo the enermax from my experience is better built.

so far every review of it i have read likes it can you prove it wasnt just the one you got?

It's acutally "just" an andyson 500w, over-amrked, with more wires going out of the psu than going in (big no no), seriously over-rated (80w over), and there's better value's out there. Keep looking.

have proof of this? like i siad i could now link 5 reviews that say its great
and i have seen on other PSU yet that have what i want

meh seems ok still ever review - the toms one had nothing but good things to say about it
sure its a bit overrated but im only looking for a 500w any way so if it can even do 501 thats fine with me

and its blue you know how hard it is to find a blue PSU that isnt utter crap this is atlest better then my Ultra that btw works great its just i want one thats is 24pin, has PCIe connectors, and is SLi certed

so this seems to fit that i dont think it would pass the SLI cert if it was as bad as every here makes it out to be i think a few ppl got ether a. slight off ones b. were running to much crap in there PCs

SLI certification is nothing more than a marketing gimmick.

Thats why I said in my opinion and experience. You can only go on what people say to you but so far your ignoring the advice people are giving you.

THG just has rubbish biased reviews and would imo ignore them (see the physix thread on THGs review)
