I'm looking for a new PSU for less than $50. I'd like to overclock, and its going to be a P4 805D. No SLI, and when I do go SLI, I'll upgrade the PSU, so scatch those. Just good clean power for a good price. Modular PSUs are neat, but not a requirement. Suggestions?

Fortron-Source, AKA Sparkle, Hi-Q, PowerQ, Trend, Powertech. There's no way to get high quality at lower prices except through an occasional rebate deal on an Antec.

BTW the title says you want something costing at least $50.

The title is Greater-or-equal-to-$50

At that price you won't find much. Try the AMS Mercury 460w, which happens to be on the :) list by JonnyGuru.

imo...your best bet in that price range is to look for one of the deals on the Ultra Xfinity 500w. Someone here linked a Radio Shack deal that comes out to about $10  I have one of these units in a secondary rig which sports an overclocked Opteron and an overclocked 7600GT...runs like a champ and the 12v rails are fairly stable according to my multimeter and also the reviews I've seen.

Yeah, I know it said greater than. The keys are right next to each other, and you cant change the title (at least in the past you couldn't)
