Time Filtering

Is there a product out there that can do a Time Filter on a certain range of IP's and disable inet access for them?

Ie Range of 192.168.1.120 -140 between 8am-12:00pm Inet is disabled, lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm Inet works and between 1:00pm - 5:00pm inet is disabled again.
 
Whats your connection device? I know that in the (even free version) of the sevasoft firmware for the WRT54G does this, I'm not sure about the OEM frimware
 
DSL. Right now I am using a Netopia router. This router was a left over and I need to take a closer look at it.
 
Hmm I am gone look at that. I am hoping the dumb netopia router can do the same.
