What is standard no curing thermal goo these days?

Does anyone know what corsair put on their H100 and H80?

I don't know what Corsair puts on the H80/100 but it's better than the AS5 TIM I normally use. The temps on my 2500K are pretty fricking great using the H80.

Yea my temps was great on the h100 but then I had to move the setup to another case and had to remove and reapply.

That's why I'm curious to what they're using on their stuff.

When i was building my rig, I was running the h100 with middle pump fan profile .

2600k @ 5.0ghz, 1.530v , temps, high 80s with IBT on max.

Corsair uses Shin Etsu X23-7783D as their stock TIM, which is one of the best on the market. Shin-Etsu has a new product on the market that hasn't hit retail channels yet that is even better. I'm working on getting some.

Just get some MX-4 - they are all within a couple of degrees anyway.

I love MX-2. Non curing and easy to work with due to its consistency. Its cheap too.

I'm currently using Prolima Tech PK-1. It's supposed to be the best but I'm still having issues keeping everything cool... 1.3v 4.5Ghz @ 70c

At least I don't think that's ok, but I'm used to my old P2955. Those do not like heat!

AC MX-4, Gelid GC-Extreme, or Prolimatech PK-1. I've used all three of these, none really differed by more than a degree.

That said, I like MX-4 the best because it's the easiest to spread.

shin etsu, any of the MX series, ICDiamond. They all really perform within a degree of each other so it really depends on your mount.

shin etsu is what I started using recently and I see a definite increase in performance. I didn't know corsair used it stock. That's good to know.

I was told that Shin Etsu is used on the H50 & H70. As for the H60, H80, & H100, it's from Dow Corning.
