How long did that take you to throw together? I want to figure out the rate of how many hundreds of $/hr you made from the 7800GTX.
 
the frame is parts from Lubic's Airplane kit. Butchering the longer pieces with a hack saw was quick (bout 20min) but the actual assembly of the arms with the screws and having to take a some sections apart took about 3 hours.

If I went to that lan, I would totally purchase an X850 XT PE and just have myself run 3DMark05 constantly and show comparisons to like 6800 Ultras, that would be fucking hilarious, Nvidia would hate me so much.

I like that case, I like cube cases, thats hot, I want it.

Gee, if the judges are that laid back imagine what they would do when confronted with 100+ hours of labor! Cool for the winner even if its Lubic. Congrats to all the winners!

Let's see... I see the start of a Punisher skull in the middle of the red obelisk, there's that red obelisk thing which might be kinda temple-ish, I guess, the sides look sort of rock like, and we all know rock/bricks are temple-ish. Yeah, I guess I can see it... not.

That's what I hate about modern art. You shouldn't have to explain it to have people understand it. I work for a company that holds the largest private collection of modern art... I see it all day. I have no idea what 99% of it is supposed to be. Even dated a modern dancer for 3 years... still don't understand that either.

I'm not a fan of Lubics but I'll say kuyaglen's looks better than the "temple" case.

So I'm reading the link about the extreme pc garage team and it makes me sad that they're turning modding and customization into a trading spaces/home repair sorta deal.


It also makes me want to build more cases to show everyone up :p

That's how I think about it too :D

THat thing might have started out with some good CAD drawings but the end result is just so FUGLY!
