A user from OCN says it is X23-7868-2D which is a very new release. There are no tests on it yet and MicroSI hasn't released conductivity specs AFAIK. But it is supposed to take over the G751, 7762, and 7783D line from what SkineeLabs says, so it can't be half bad. I'd say use the stock TIM, you will only gain 1* C at most, if even that.
