I was cruisin around reddit and someone posted this old video

I remember seeing that video back when it was released, but after watching it again I realized something I didn't first time around...is it just me or did someone go TIM happy on that athlon? I honestly didn't know the things would work like that i thought that TIM was slightly capacitive and it would of shorted something out on those outer circuits.

Only certain TIM is slightly capacitive like Artic Silver.. I cant see the video at work :(
 
yah, old vid, and as copyright stated, only metal-based TIM is conductive. the white TIM is usually silicone based or ceramic.
