Tightening Ram Timings.

I am Prime 95 Stable and we don't go over 60*c it hovers around 57-61*c, this is good yes?

Well anyway, my ram timings are at a 2:3 Divider running 5-5-5-18

How do I tighten them and set it to a 1:1 ratio?

Do I do this with the SPD?

I have an Abit IP35 Motherboard. Thank you!!
