Tiger Direct LCD Return Policy?

I'm due to get my tax return any day now and I'm starting to shop around for a new 22" monitor (finally). I called TD about a month ago and asked them if I bought a monitor and it had a dead pixel in it would they return it and he said yes, but the rep really didn't seem to know too much about what I was talking about. Just to make sure, has anyone ordered a monitor here from them and was able to return it with only one or two dead pixels in it? If I splash out $200-300 for something I expect it to work without defect.

Or would my best bet would be to go to a B&M and pay through the nose for peace of mind?
