Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
The fan in my Silverstone 850 just started giving me a light tick. Is it work breaking down my whole system to replace or is as long as it's spinning, its not anything worth worrying about?
You could check to see if the fan grill is lose and/or grab it in the middle with some pliers and pull it down to give more room for the blades.
One or two MM could be all that's needed for the blades to clear.
Fans scraping things inside the PSU is a pretty common (albeit, stupid) problem.
A lot of units have plastic shrouds around the fan to direct airflow I assume, your fan is probably scraping that.
Last couple fans ,one was a case fan and other was a aftermarket gpu fan, I owned that had a tick stopped working eventually. But yes, it could be hitting something.
