Thunderbolt passthrough for external graphic

Hi

I've try to prepare a system for work at about 60 feet from the esxi server itself. We can passthough an ATI gpu without problem, but can we pass a Thunderbolt 2 or 3 ?

Thunderbolt give you extra usb and a hdmi port. So If we passth a thunderbolt controller to a VM, will we be able to get the desktop graphic out of the thunderbolt box dock station ?

And for the graphic, do we need to install special driver or so.. ?

Or it could be better with a PCIe extender to a External GPU dock... ?
