Ok, I'm a techie at school district and a lately a bunch of kids have gotten thumb drives and brought them to school to save their papers on and everything - much better then floppies. But one of our labs still has Win98SE and of course the thumb drives need the 98 drivers to work. I know some of them come with drivers or a website to download them, but are any of the drivers standard or is each driver for that specific model? Reason I ask is because I will be putting drivers on but since every kid has a different brand name and model of thumb drive, I'm not going to go around and put 20 different drivers on those computers. Google search just confused me more ;)

The MS provided drivers should work with all the thumb drives. I believe if you do a search on MS for the 'storage supplemental' you'll come up with the driver you need.
