Does any site do reviews of USB flash drives? I'm looking for specs like nand used (25nm, 34nm, etc), wear leveling, longevity, torture tests, etc. All I see out there is speed tests. I know that flash drives tend to use lesser quality memory than SSD's, which makes the specs of them that much more important.

Unless your going for a ssd type usb flash drive I would group the reliability of all the rest pretty much the same. No manufacturer would give any such info unless its based on ssd tech. In fact many usb flash drives don't even come with performance specs.

Most of the usb flash drives I have ever had has failed within 1 year. I do use them on a variety of systems for tech work. I think flash drives need to start coming with their own power/voltage regulation to ensure that there can be no surge or other unfavorable situation resulting in death or "bad sectors".
