Three 2005fpws and one dilemma

hello everyone, ive noticed that there are some of you are running more than two monitors using dvi. i have 3 2005fpws that i would like to set up on one PC. however I dont quite understand where you find the extra ports without buying a PCI card.

Is it possible to have two PCI-Express cards in a SLI motherboard and NOT run them in SLI so i can get the potential of the 3 2005fpws and maybe another in the future?

One more question.

Can you run different video cards in each pci slot if you are Not doing SLI mode. I.E. One ati 850XT PCIe and one ati 800 PCIe.

BTW Im trying span games over three 2005fpw's all in portrait mode.

ATI doesn't do SLI. It's an Nvidia thing.

You can put whatever combination of PCI Express cards you would like in the two slots if you do not wish to run SLI.
