Im wanting to spend around 150 and like these speakers, I know to get the E instead of the straight 5300. Anyone got these? likem? hatem?

Ive seen some reviews, seem good, but i know you guys will put them through their paces.

Also wanted to ask your thoughts on replacing speakers totally with a good headset.
