Hello. Quick question since I am about to be late for work. I was wondering the pros and cons of dual psu setups. How do you have yours set up?

Just curious

There are no real advantages to a dual-PSU setup, aside from redundancy which is a different story entirely. As for cons, it's trickier to set up than a single-PSU setup, you'll require more space since you're using two PSUs, and you might have to worry about balancing the load between them.

im thinking about running one of my two GTX275 on a separate PSU (along with the case fans) because the my Quattro 850 is over heating im thinking of buying a ~50 psu (PC Power and cooling) to solve that. Its a lot better that forking out 200 buck for a 1000+W PSU. Plus, my case can accommodate two PSUs
