Well in my bios I was able to change the multiplier but they sure ass hell don't do anything thats for sure. so I am stuck 200x11 which is a bummer not because of the overclock but just that I thought my chip was unlocked but then found out the cold hard truth.

Being able to change the multiplier in BIOS means nothing. If you reboot and the clock speed is actually changed, that means you have an unlocked processor. There are rare instances of pre-week 39 locked Bartons.

I got one of the lucky bartons and it will let me set any multiplier that I want. It is great. You can still by them here on the forums because their previous owners are opting for the mobile versions.
